Radio Ads
I wrote a series of radio ads for Famous Smoke Shop, each designed with a direct-response mechanism to drive immediate sales. Two of these are embedded below. These ads not only encouraged listeners to take quick action but also included strategies to measure the effectiveness of both the creative content and the chosen time slots. By tracking responses, we were able to gauge the performance of the campaigns, fine-tuning future ad placements, and messaging to maximize return on investment. This targeted, data-driven approach ensured that each ad delivered measurable results, while continuously optimizing the reach and impact of Famous Smoke Shop’s advertising efforts.
During my time at Famous Smoke Shop, I concepted, wrote, scheduled, and oversaw the production of hundreds, if not thousands, of sale emails. These emails were crafted to engage customers with timely promotions, exclusive deals, and compelling calls to action. I worked closely with art directors and the merchandising team to ensure that the visual and product elements of each campaign aligned seamlessly with the messaging. Together, we crafted cohesive, visually appealing emails that maximized conversions. Among these, two of the most successful campaigns stood out for their impressive performance, driven by strong subject lines, persuasive copy, and well-timed delivery. These campaigns not only generated significant sales but also served as key learning experiences, refining my approach to email marketing and customer engagement.
